Hadassa Dubuche

 

Hadassa Dubuche is an entrepreneur, human resources leader, and passionate champion for women and the next generation. With more than a decade of HR leadership experience, she has helped organizations of all sizes and industries build, strengthen, and scale their people practices. Today, she is the Founder and CEO of AccessHR, a fractional HR consulting firm serving organizations nationwide.

Beyond her professional work, Hadassa has a heart for serving others and empowering women to recognize the greatness already within them. She is especially passionate about pouring into younger women and girls, encouraging them to understand that they do not have to wait for a certain age, title, or season to walk boldly in their gifts, purpose, and potential.

Hadassa is also an entrepreneur alongside her sisters through FLAVEric Snacks, a family business created in homage to their late father and the legacy he left behind.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies with a focus in Business Administration from Lancaster Bible College and a Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University.
