Nicole Gray 

 

Nicole Gray is a seasoned business owner, Certified Dementia Practitioner, community leader, and passionate advocate for seniors, caregivers, and veterans. With more than 10 years in business, Nicole is the owner and operator of three Visiting Angels locations serving Baltimore County, Prince George’s County, Maryland, and Washington, DC. Her work is centered on helping older adults maintain their dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life while remaining in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

Nicole’s commitment to seniors began long before she became a Visiting Angels agency owner. Her mission was born from her faith when God laid it on her heart to serve and support the aging community. Even before entering the home care industry, Nicole found herself helping seniors with everyday needs such as grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments. She felt especially compelled to serve older adults who were navigating their twilight years without family, friends, or a dependable support system. Those early experiences became the foundation for what would ultimately grow into both her professional career and a lifelong calling to serve.

As a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Nicole brings specialized knowledge to her work with individuals experiencing dementia and the families and caregivers who support them. She believes exceptional care extends beyond meeting an individual’s physical needs. Education, compassion, collaboration, and access to trusted resources are essential to helping seniors and their families successfully navigate the challenges and transitions associated with aging.

Throughout her more than decade-long career, Nicole and her organizations have been recognized for their commitment to quality service, receiving numerous Bronze Achievement Awards as well as 10 years of Home Care Excellence Awards. Nicole is also a member of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce and is committed to building partnerships that strengthen the communities she serves.
